Welcome to latreet.com. This website is owned and operated by Latreet. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Latreet.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts entered into via latreet.com, as well as all general business relationships between Latreet and its customers. We do not accept any other terms and conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
If periods in these terms are stated in working days, these include all weekdays except Saturday, Sunday, and statutory public holidays.

1. USE OF THE SITE AND REGISTRATION

Eligibility: The offerings on this site are strictly directed at end-users of legal age. Goods will only be sold in normal household quantities.
Account Security: As part of registering as a customer, you will be asked to submit personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that this data is complete and correct.
Password Confidentiality: After registration, you will receive a confirmation email and access password. You are obliged to treat this password and any other access data as strictly confidential and protected from unauthorized third parties.
Customer Dashboard: In your password-protected account area, you can view your recently shipped or completed orders, manage your personal data, and administer newsletter subscriptions.

2. PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES

Pricing: For all orders, the prices listed on the product page at the time of your order apply. These prices are exclusive of taxes; the final price inclusive of applicable taxes will be shown in your shopping cart before final checkout.
Payment: We accept major credit cards (including Visa, American Express, and Mastercard). Your card will be charged immediately upon receipt and dispatch of the order.

3. VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS

Validity: Vouchers are only valid for the specific period announced at the time of issue, up to a maximum of 1 year from issuance. Extensions or transfers to another user are not permitted.
Restrictions: Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be applied toward shipping costs unless explicitly stated.

4. DISPATCH AND DELIVERY PERIODS

Normal Periods: Orders placed during regular sales periods will be delivered within 4 to 6 working days.
Sales & Promotional Periods:
Due to exceptionally high order volumes during sales, all orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once your order enters processing, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow approximately 5 working days from this notification for your order to be dispatched.
Early orders will be dispatched within the first week, while orders placed later during a major sale may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to be fulfilled.

5. NO MODIFICATIONS OR SPECIAL REQUESTS

Exact Processing: All orders are processed exactly as they are received by our system.
No Changes: We are completely unable to accommodate special requests, custom notes, or modifications (such as size changes, color swaps, or shipping address updates) once an order has been finalized.

6. FINAL SALE ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS

No Returns: All items purchased during a sale or promotional period are considered Final Sale.
Policy: These items are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or becomes unavailable prior to dispatch.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND REFUNDS

Inventory Issues: In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable or is found to be damaged prior to leaving our facility, a full refund will be issued for the affected item(s).
Processing Time: Approved refunds will take 4 to 5 working days to reflect in your bank account.
Standard Sales: Standard, completed sales orders are not eligible for voluntary refunds.

Response Times: Due to high inquiry volumes during promotional periods, customer service response times may be temporarily delayed. We appreciate your patience and will respond to your queries as thoroughly and quickly as possible.
